• Completed groundwater soil remediation and detection services at polluted sites in petrochemical/refining plants; monitoring of airborne volatile organic compounds; recovery of hydrocarbons from tank truck gasoline loading terminals; health risk assessment of volatile organic compounds; and planning for special waste- liquid pretreatment and waste-water recycling to meet the environmental regulations and requirements of environmental impact assessments.
• Continuous monitoring of the effect of stray electric current from the Taipei MRT system on pipelines and assisting in diagnosing refinery boiler pipe problems to ensure pipeline safety.
• Successful conversion of CPC’s own heavy oil through a self-developed proprietary refining process for the development of long-life amorphous soft carbon materials, with the great potential to be used in the anode of lithium-ion batteries.
• Continuously optimized the Central Energy Management System (CEMS) to comprehensively display site data of smart green energy gas stations (including Xinyi Station in Chiayi, Chietong Station in Taoyuan, Cianfong Station in Tainan and Guangfu Station in Hualien), and enable remote energy monitoring and scheduling, with a highly visual dashboard to present the key performance indicators (KPIs) of each site, allowing system maintenance personnel to understand site operation status in a timely manner, to learn about abnormal events, and to deal with them immediately.
• Optimized the gasoline/diesel and petrochemical raw material production processes and offered advisory services to resolve on-site problems and enhance operational efficiency to achieve energy-saving goals.
• Technology transfer of new formulas for CPC Marilube Oil for Marine Machinery, Diesel Engine Oil and Fully Synthetic Oil.
• Development of CPC Superfleet E6/CK4 Fully Synthetic Motor Oil 10W/40, CPC super performance gasoline detergent additive (Motor Only) and CPC bio-cutting oil BC69.
• Improved the dielectric properties of traditional substrate resin materials to meet the requirements of high frequency/speed transmission of 5G communications, and successfully entered ton-scale pilot production. Copper-Clad Laminate (CCL) manufacturers have certified the consequent novel resin material for subsequent downstream promotion.
• In accordance of the government’s plastic restriction policy, we have used our core fermentation technology to develop biodegradable plastics, biochemical and other raw materials. Also, with regard to the business profits and environmental requirements, we have been developing automobile cleaning products and microbial agents for pollution treatment.
